Q: Where is your music school located?
A: We are based in the Liverpool city centre! You can find us on Old Hall Street. We’re on Google Maps, or feel free to contact us for directions.

Q: What types of lessons do you offer?
A: We offer private, one-to one instrumental and vocal tuition. We also offer workshops and short courses for adults.

Q: What age groups do you teach?
A: We welcome students of all ages! Our lessons cater to children, teens, and adults. Our workshops are generally aimed at adults, but sometimes we lower the age to teens. Feel free to double check with us if you are not sure.

Q: Do I need to have any prior musical experience?
A: Not at all! We offer lessons to all abilities, from complete beginners, to those who are more advanced.

Workshops & Lessons

Q: How do I book a workshop or lesson?

Q: Do I need to have my own instrument?
A: We teach piano on instruments provided at the studio. We also have spare guitars available for student use. Woodwind lessons generally require students to have their own instruments due to the risk of contamination on shared mouthpieces, etc. In general, it is always beneficial to have your own instrument to be able to practise on!

Q: What should I bring to a workshop?
A: If your workshop involves an instrument, we recommend bringing your own if possible. For vocal workshops, just bring yourself, a bottle of water, and a notebook if you'd like to take notes!

Q: How long are your lessons and workshops?
A: Private lessons are either 30 minutes or an hour long. Most workshops are a minimum of 90 minutes. Each workshop will state the running time on the website.

Q: Do you offer trial lessons?
A: Yes! We offer a discounted trial lesson for new students to see if our teaching style is a good fit for them.

Payments & Policies

Q: How much do lessons and workshops cost?
A: Please check our Pricing Page for lessons costs. Our workshops will have the price outlined on the website. You can always contact us for further details.

Q: How do I pay for my lessons?
A: We only accept bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Missed lessons without notice will not be refunded.

Q: Do you offer gift vouchers for lessons or workshops?
A: Yes! Gift vouchers make a great present for music lovers of all ages. Contact us to purchase one.

Q: Can I book a workshop for a group or school event?
A: Yes! We can tailor workshops for schools, corporate events, and private groups. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Q: Do you offer online lessons?
A: In general, we do not offer online lessons. However, if you have special requirements, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Q: Can I come and visit the school?
